Please welcome the Kirin, Unicorn, Gnomes, Phoenixes and Kelahati! They have been added to the site, so go take a look!

Phoenixes are a special case where they must be purchased through the site’s shop in order to create. The price is 3,000 gold as they are considered rare.

<h3><div class="h3-underline">New Plot & Skin!</div></h3>

The <a href=”http://www.antarsia-rpg.com/showthread.php?tid=547”>Plot Event</a> has first started at the quiet shrine of the fire god, Jackroth. The humans awoke to find their patron’s shrine burned to the ground with the oracle, priests, and priestesses dead. This event has been spread across the world through word of mouth. No one seems to understand why or how this happened. How can a fire oracle die by fire? The rumors grow darker every day, and mixed feelings are shared by many.

We also added a new skin option for this plot <3 If you wish to go back to the Tharamos skin or try one of the other ones we have to offer, go to the bottom righthand corner of the index page to change it out. Enjoy!

Hello, everyone. My name is John. I found Antarsia through Khamnin, one of my friends from Star Army Role Play. 

I haven't done fantasy RP in a long time so take it easy on me.   My favorite fantasy race has always been dwarves. Second would probably be Dark Elves, then dragons and angels. Wolves are also amazing.

Let's see, what else.. I live in North Carolina, so I'm in EST. I love Norse mythology, Greek/Roman mythology, really any kind of mythology but those are my favorite. I tend to like the death, war, and fertility deities. 

My other interests are science fiction, space travel, video games, movies, and television shows. One of my goals for RP is improving my writing with the hope that I'll feel comfortable enough with the quality of my writing to actually try to write a book and publish it.

I'm a little shy and anxious about talking to new people. Uhh, that's all really. See you around the site!

Hello all! The name is Phess and I'm 20 years old. I just recently joined this neat looking site because I just thought it would be the best way to get into rping. Took a break from RPing for a few months because of school and work but since everything is settling down, I can jump back into things! I mostly come from a background of RPing as canines (normal and fantasy) but I'm always looking to try something new when it comes to joining a site a little out of my comfort zone. I'm hoping to bring some friends along to try out this site and hopefully bring a little fun to the place

The night had been so clear. The crescent moon smiled down on the world as it waned. It was silent that night; the sounds of the shrine, nonexistent. The night bell for sleep unrang. No wind, no animals, no sound of life… The only sound that could be heard was a faint drip...drop…


DRIP.


The sound only seemed to get louder deeper inside the shrine. It echoed off the very walls of the offering room, the fire within was dead. The only trace that there had even been a fire that night were the small wisps of smoke curling up from the dying embers. As they died out, so too did the sound of the world, leaving nought but an eerie silence. The normally pristine, pearly floor darkened as every source of light in the room snuffed out, one by one, as a dark liquid seeped across the floor in uneven movements. Slowly it flowed around the base of the pillar that once held the bowl of fire. Just before the liquid could completely encase the base, the fire erupted back to life, casting away the darkness of the room with its blazing light. The shadows fled from the fire, leaping back and taking shelter below a construct that stood in the middle of the room where the gods’ statue had been.


The base was no longer recognizable as a priest lay there, his face pressed on ground in a pool of his own blood. His internal organs lay strewn around him, like a macabre decoration. He held his heart in cold outstretched hands, as if in offering. The body of the statue was gone, instead replaced by the bodies of the other priests and priestesses. They were there on their knees, reaching up, eyes missing, mouths agape, remnants of blood streaming down their bodies. Almost as if they were looking for something, but unable to see it, their faces twisted in pain and fear. Their fingers brushed the skin of a body standing in the center of the mass of people. His body quivered as his lips strained to form a prayer, but nothing happened. His dull eyes drained of life and glazed over as his last breath left him. His arms remained outstretched, held there by magic, his back cut open, skin flayed and pulled back to resemble wings. The bleeding slowed by the same magic that kept him clinging to the only shred of life within him. A constellation of Jackroth could be seen on the left skin-wing; on what had once been the left side of his back. The oracle gave one last shudder as the next and final drop of blood fell. As it struck the base, a spark ignited and flickered to life. The flames leaped up in great strides as it lapped hungrily at the figures. The bodies turned black and crumbled apart as the fire climbed up and up, destroying the image. The fire took on a life of its own, taking on a phoenix-like shape as it consumed the statue. As it ate away at the oracle’s body the skin-wings of the oracle became its wings as the fire consumed them, and with its form now complete the flames burst free to raze the entire shrine to the ground, leaving nothing but ashes in its wake.

Man, looking at some of these names and faces I already know I'm in good company here.

So, I have been known by ComPewTrNerd, Qesun, and secondVendetta. But some of you may know be by another name and I Doubt I even need to gu- wait no, I already said it! Dangit!

I'm 24 years old and weeping. I work full time and am a single parent, so I'm always busy. This will be compounded when I start going to school again. Hopefully that will be January of next year. Fingers crossed.

I want to be an engineer probably. I also love writing and art. I do both as much as possible even though energy levels are at 0 most of the time. I've been roleplaying for a lot longer than I care to admit, but I started on Neopets (surprise surprise).

Possession- He loves to use this the most and is the most common ability known about him. He is able to control creatures with less mental stability. Those with higher mental walls are harder for him to take over; creating a game he loves to play. Those that are easier to control are animals while other colleagues is extremely hard.

Other abilities are unknown, but they are rooted in darkness and gravity.

Like most, he is able to shift into 3 different animals and a mythical creature. He can change into a horse, lion, vulture, and dragon.

Appearance:

Kurai is lean with a light skin-tone. His skin appears unmarked generally, but true to his Conquest lineage he has faint marks from where his chains once were. The only marking he likes to keep around is a deep, bruise-like collar from where he once had chains around his neck. It amuses him to have it there as he likes to play with the idea of chains. On his back towards the bottom right, he has a burn mark in the shape of a brand. No one knows what the brand belongs to as he likes to keep all meaning hidden. Those who know, don’t know for long. His hair color is a deep red that fades into a bright red. It is cut in long, choppy layers that only an inch or two above his shoulders. His hair is different than most. It moves every so slightly that sometimes it is hard to see. The ends fade out in wisps of smoke. When he wants, he can intensify that appearance to look more like his hair is on fire. His eyes are iridescent in color. They are split between a red similar to his hair color with a plum-like purple towards the bottom.

Personality:


Strategist- True to his Conquest line, his mind is always thinking of ways to plot out different scenarios. No matter what he is doing, this is always going on in the back of his mind.

Playful- Do to his mind constantly at work, he loves to play games. This nature in turn makes him more than willing to interact in playful banter and other activities. It’s odd to see him not interact in these types of scenarios.

Manipulative- His natural mindset due to Conquest makes him very manipulative. He loves to pick and pry at people to see how to make them bend to his every whim. It is a game he likes to play as much as he can.

Wicked- He is dark. Compared to how other demons are, he embodies the darkness that is native to demons. His games he plays, usually end in a sick twist.
