RE: Until Silence Is Broken - Andromeda - 06-19-2017

Razor had set the ground to be ready to take root. He just needed to go get the proper plants. Now he was working on enchantments that would allow the room to support life. he made it so the roof would mimic sunlight and darkness with very special enchantments meant to allow the plants to feel as if they truly were growing outside. The room would even mimic a small breeze, but it would not mimic rain. They plants would still have to be watered by hand. He didn't want his home flooded should the spell get out of hand.

He didn't hear Lia come up as he waved his hand, altering the magic of the room even more. No longer would it be a room of silence, but it would also allow sound. The sound of the wind was heard, the room almost seemed to be giving off life. It was as if it was a room from another world inside the home of the death demon. It was like a blight. It didn't seem like it should belong next to all the darkness the home offered. It was so out of place that many demons would probably shield their eyes from it.

He had his back to the door as he looked up at the fake sky. He hoped she'd like it.

Lia walked into the room, but quickly shielded her eyes from the bright light that was in the room compared to the dark setting of the tunnels. She was still getting used to the shift in light between the tunnels and the rooms, but this one seemed unusually bright in comparison. It took her a moment to recollect herself, but when she finally moved her hand from her eyes, the girl's pupils dilated as she looked around the room. She could not believe that this was inside the fortress and even more so, that there stood the man who was making it happen. He seemed to blissful, so peaceful in here. It felt as if they were both in the outside world and no longer in the castle that held her hostage most days. No, it was a perfect escape.

"It's beautiful." The demoness slowly walked up behind the Lord. Her arms wrapped loosely around his waist as she rested her head against his back. She could feel the light breeze blowing some of her stray hairs away and Razor's scent warming her. Everything was so perfect. She couldn't imagine it getting any better than this. "I see you've been busy while I was away." She smiled as she gave a small kiss along his spine before leaning back against him and nuzzling. She loved it more than she could describe. It was exactly what she needed.

"Well lucky for us the fortress itself is made of stone, but it is also under ground living in a natural tunnel," he told her amused. "So all I had to do was take up the stone which I had been working on anyways and then till the ground. I did that with magic to make it go faster." he turned and hugged her pulling her to him and kissed the top of her head. He smiled down at her amused. She seemed to think the small things were amazing... At least he had gotten this right. He let her go and stepped back waving his hand out to display the room for her. He motioned for her to go ahead and look around.

Then he called the servant over and gave them a scroll and something to write with and looked back towards the woman. "The servant will record everything you want and where. I will let you design the room since this is your personal space. The only thing I have picked out is roses on the doorway for you. Everything else will be up to you including the room's color. You can pick the chair the way the bookshelves will be modeled. This room will be in the image you want," he told her as he stepped back to lean against the wall to give her a bit of space. He wondered what she'd pick. What flowers she'd want, what type of furniture, and more importantly would she want grass in the room or tiles and just flowerbeds. He really had no idea what she'd pick or what she'd do.

He figured this was a great way to learn more about her though. Each choice would have to represent something about her in someway or at least give him a glimpse into what she prefers.

RE: Until Silence Is Broken [M] - Achera - 06-21-2017

"You make it all seem so easy," she teased as she watched him move aside. She wanted him to come back to her, but she could now see the rest of the room. Still, his words didn't make sense to her. Lia looked to him almost confused. She was allowed to choose what she wanted for the room? He only wanted to place roses around the doorway but from there, she was allowed to design the rest. It almost seemed like a trick. There was no way he would let her have complete control and yet... He moved aside for her and moved to the walls so she could see the entire room. "...Anything I want?" She looked puzzled. The idea was a foreign concept yet here he was trying to make sure she had exactly what she wanted right down to the shade of color on a flower. The idea was too surreal.

Lia finally looked away from him to look at the room. It seemed so bare now like a blank canvas. A gentle breeze ruffled the girl's hair while she stood there trying to decide what she wanted. It was so welcoming.. The feel of the dirt, the breeze, and the mimic of the sunlight. It was perfect as it was to begin with. All she wanted was to feel as if she were outside once more considering she was confined to the few places she was allowed in the fortress. How could she make this any better? "Umm... well how about this..." She wanted to keep the room hidden if the door were to be opened. At least a few places where she could hide if needed be. She always hid under her bed, but having somewhere else to hide would have been better. Lia started to tell the servant what she wanted from larger, leafy plants to flowers by the dozen. Lia didn't want any chairs, or bookcases like he suggested; At least not originally. The ground would be replaced with a variety of grass and flowerbeds. Around where she wanted to read, there would be grass for her to sit, but flowers around the walls. A small area where she could have shade from a tree or larger plants and another where she could have her 'sunlight.' A section near she wanted a hidden bookcase for her books and any other things she wanted to stash nearby. It would be made of wood with flowers covering the structure to hide it from plain site.

The rest of the room would consist of a more forest-like approach. There would be some vines hanging from the ceiling and walls, the greenery would create a small canopy but there would be pockets of sunlight for her to enjoy. In one area she wanted a small hill. Closer towards the wall there would be an entrance to another tunnel. A small hideaway for her. Slowly Lia went through every inch of the room until the entire thing was finally planned. The last on the list was to add a rose bush in every major area where she would most likely be; the same ones that Razor wanted for the doorway. She wanted them as a reminder of him knowing that he could never be with her all the time. At least the roses would give her a small bit of comfort. When the girl was finally done, she made her way towards the Lord and wrapped her arms around his waist once more. She nuzzled herself into him before resting her head on his chest; her head tilted up so she could look at her. Her eyes were shining as if like canary diamonds with an adoration she could not describe.

"Thank you..." she whispered fondly before rising up on her tip-toes to give him a kiss.

He smiled and leaned down and gave her a soft kiss. He was amused at her design and thought it was a good idea. She seemed so scared.... Why had she made things so invisible in here? He felt like he was in the forest. This place would be come a place of shadows and light which was ironic considering their male patron. Still, why was she so adamant about this design. She didn't strike him as a religious sort at all. He looked around not quite getting what it was meant for. He was never one for hiding so the concept was lost on him. He had watched her walk this whole room and once she was finished, he had seen the servant massaging his hand. At least their task was over for now.

Razor's eyes went back to her as he was done scanning the room. This was the last time he'd see it this way. He gently stroked her cheek as he leaned down and kissed her softly. "Just remember this is your safe haven... if you ever just want to relax it will be open for you," he said as he gently stroked a hand down her back putting new wards on her to tie her to this room. It would allow her to lock people out if she got scared or just wanted to be alone.

Lia smiled as she kissed him back. She loved the idea of this room. True, it wouldn't make sense to him but for her it would be perfect. There were more than enough places she could hide if needed be, and the assortment of flower and plants would help to mask her scent. She could only be found if she chose to be. Maybe it was crazy, but she needed this sort of safe space. Granted, Razor most likely could still enter so if they got into another scuffle like they just did she could get away from him even if he entered the room. He'd just have an interesting time trying to find her.

"Thank you Razzie," she purred as she nuzzled into him more. "But you will come and visit me in here right?" Even if he said it was hers, he owned this place. While she may be able to ward it off, there could only be so much she could do. Still, she built in places to hide so if she wanted to see him or not, there was a plan. The demoness started to mimic his actions and gently stroke the small of his back. "So my Lord, now that the room is all planned are we going to spend some more time together or do you prefer watching me boss someone around?" She stuck her tongue out playfully at him. Personally, she still was gunning for them to be back in bed together lounging but she would never admit it. At least not at the moment.

RE: Until Silence Is Broken [M] - Andromeda - 06-23-2017

"Oh I actually enjoyed watching you boss him around," he teased her. Only partially though as he really did enjoy watching her gain the confidence to talk to the servant as they were. He gently kissed her again and pulled away to walk out of the room. "Come, we have more things to do today... My job doesn't rest like we do." He led her to the kitchens where he made sure food was being prepared for his son and then looked at her gesturing for her to order them to make her her next meal so it would be done on time.

He wanted to see how she'd react to knowing she had this kind of power if given. He wanted to test to see how she'd handle power and what she'd do with it.

RE: Until Silence Is Broken [M] - Achera - 06-23-2017

Lia followed after him happily.. she was getting her own space beyond a bedroom to call her own. Plus, Razor seemed in a good mood still. Normally he already would have. Een a bit grumpy by now. Still, she thought he took the day off. Did this just mean she'd be taggin along with him while he worked?

She wanted him to order for them. She wasn't big on having to tell others what to do since she had been in that position before, but he seemed adamant on her doing that. She'd be good and do what he asked of her. Lia went to the servants and ordered a plate for herself with a few sides. He'd want her to eat. More importantly, she needed to eat for two. She emphasized the importance of some of her diet, knowing that she needed more nutrients to support the baby. When she was done to returned to Razor, curling into his side happily. "So what are we going to feed you," she teased looking up at him. He hadn't eaten yet either. Neither had.

RE: Until Silence Is Broken [M] - Andromeda - 06-30-2017

He looked down at her and rolled his eyes playfully. It was one of the few playful gestures he gave her. She was so content just curling into him and talking to him like a friend. It was hard to believe this was the same girl that acted so scared at times or threw rage fits when she didn't like what he did. She just seemed so peaceful at the moment. He looked back at his staff and ordered meat cooked very rare, mashed potatoes, corn, and freshly made rolls with butter before ordering a meal similar for his son. He gave specific instructions on the seasoning of it and how it should be delivered to the small boy.

Razor then turned to look at her raising an eyebrow. He wanted to see her order food like a royal. Like his lover, and his future. If she wanted that, she needed to get use to the lifestyle. She couldn't hide behind him forever. The kingdom was brutal, wild, and savage, they needed a strong leader. And he wouldn't allow them to hurt her... So here he was taking babysteps. Today was a step towards that. She had ordered, but now he needed to slowly work in the presence of power into her. That made a big difference. "So where would you like to eat at?"

RE: Until Silence Is Broken [M] - Achera - 06-30-2017

Lia smiled as she saw what he ordered. He seemed to eat so much. Sometimes she wondered if he expected her to eat like he did, but she was way too small to even eat a third of his portion. She was trying though, only because he seemed to want her to. Upon seeing his meal, she stepped away from him for only a moment to add another dish. He would want that... right?

She returned to his side soon enough with a smile. He seemed so critical of her sometimes. She gave a small perplexed look towards him. "Oh? Don't we normally eat in the dining room?" Where else would they go? They always ate together at the dining room. "I mean.. unless you have another suggestion?"
