A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Andromeda - 12-16-2017 Thread Status: closed Players involved: Ren, Achera Characters involved: COMING Setting: Estosa City Time: Ganthor 45th, early morning Estosa was just starting to awake. A lady was standing outside with a switch batting at an old rug trying to in vain get all the dirt out of it. The dirt had been long ingrained in the very fibers. She swatted at it as a rooster cawed near by greeting the sun, as a near by man tried to catch it. It was going to be today's meal. It had been raised since a chick and now it was too feed the family. Life in the town was mostly the same from day to day. It was interesting, but for the most part it was steady. A town that hated magic, shunned it, even feared it and those that brought it. It was uncommon to see someone new here. Maybe that was why when a tall elven looking man entered the streets, the man stopped and looked at him. His expression growing dark and backing away muttering swears under his breath. A few were "Tree hugger." "Magic Freak" "Take your filthily blood else where." The woman, however, didn't notice as the man walked pasted her. It was his swearing that caused her to stop and look up. She saw what he saw and her expression turned sour as she grabbed her rug and took it back inside. Not sparing another glance at him. It was clear the whole town would be made aware of him soon enough. The newcomer just rolled his eyes. This town did not disappoint him for what he had heard of it at least. They were so against outsiders, it was no wonder that they barely had people come to this town. Humans were just so closed minded at time. He sighed and walked down the street. Where could he get a good drink here. His travels had been long. RE: A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Achera - 12-17-2017 Another morning, another day to play with the mundane humans of this city. The female awoke from her sleep, eyes heavy with the need to return to bed but her rest was over. Ribbons of blue dipped black hair curled around the female as she tried to shift herself from laying down to sitting up, all with a great hassle. In due time, the female had managed to get up out of bed, cleaned, and dressed. Before she could make her way downstairs, she had heard the whispers amongst the humans about an elf-like creature walking through town. The girl perked up at the sound of it, amused to see another magical creature dare to show up in a town that hated the magically affiliated. The vixen made her way up towards the second floor to look out the window facing the streets and sure enough, there he was. It wasn't hard to spot such a tall newcomer with white hair marked with red streaks. Then there was the given signs: elf-like ears. That was why they could all tell. If the man had been wiser, he should have worn a hat or something else to hide the markings of a creature affiliated with magic. True, she herself had been marked with magic, but the main difference was that this guise had human ears. As long as she gave no indication that she wielded magic, the girl was safe from these pathetic creatures. Even better, they had come to accept her presence in the city. Icy white eyes watched his every movement, curious as to the newcomer. What the humans couldn't tell about this man was that he wasn't an elf, no. He was something much more dangerous to their existence. A small purr came from the girl as she watched from afar. An appealing new prospect. Oh what fun today would bring. RE: A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Andromeda - 12-18-2017 His silver eyes flickered across the crowd mostly bored with how the humans were acting. If only they knew. His magic was itching to lash at them, teach them respect. He wasn't like them or his kind. He was bigger. He was an Oracle and they treated him like trash. It made his lip twitch slightly as he went into the bar. He could feel the air change in there as well. People looked at him, his attire, and then his eyes and ears and looked away muttering disdain. Moving to sit at the bar, he found the bartender had no interest in him or his kind. He watched as the bartender ignored him, and Karyso jsut shrugged and went to grab a bottle. The man stopped and looked at him setting down the glass he had been cleaning. "We don't serve your kind here," the bartender said with a gruff voice. "That's fine. I'm sure you piss in your drinks anyways," the fox said with a smirk and got up. "What did you say?" Karyso smirked and walked out of the bar. He stepped back onto the street with threats of a fight behind him. There it was again. Faint, but he could sense it. Someone was eyeing him. And that scent...wasn't human. He tilted his head slightly. Would they show themself? He could tell where they were, just an idea based on the wind flow. He walked out into the middle of the street and tilted his head up. Come out and play... I'm really dying to meet you... RE: A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Achera - 12-18-2017 The female fox watched the male's every movement from the time that he walked into the bar, only to be chased out of it soon enough. Well, chase being a bit dramatic, but there were some of the mundane yelling after him as if to fight. When would these pathetic creatures learn? They threaten a fight, but at the bare minimum they knew this man was an elf. Oh how far from the truth that was though. If they knew exactly what he was, then maybe they wouldn't be so quick to look for a fight. Lyanna watched as his head tilted ever so slightly towards her. Oh, had he picked up on her presence now? How cute. A small smirk played at the woman's lips as her ombre colored hair wrapped around her finger loosely. Oh the games that would be had. Maybe it was time to go check on her new play-toy. The vixen left the window soon enough, leaving only the small trace of her scent where she looked out. A small crowd hd been gathering at the bottom discussing the newcomer who had appeared, but Lys said little of the endeavor. Generally some magic-folk came through and she went with the mundane to try and express her distain, but in time they had notice her lighten up a bit to them. Some had come to accept it, others still wary. None were the wiser that she was playing them all as one of their most hated enemies. She made a few comments to the others, but soon enough was out the door and into the streets. The girl walked with a confidence that was accustomed to those in the city. The way her hips swayed with every step, the small swish of her hair, all to entice those who watched. As the girl walked closer, she could see him, feel his magical presence. Oh how the man was intoxicating. Another smirk fell on her lips as she walked by the male, only ever so casually to bump into him by mistake. Her hands went up to catch herself, casually resting on the man's arm for support. "Oh, I'm sorry sir," she mused with a worried look on her face as she glanced up at him. Her eyes showed differently, almost begging him to come play with her. The girl turned away just as quickly as she had looked up to him, letting the last of her fingertips brush off him as she started to walk away. Come on and play... RE: A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Andromeda - 12-18-2017 He had been looking in the general direction of the woman before shrugging it off and walking. He was minding his own business when a woman bumped into him and he felt hands on his arm. His instincts where on the alert now. His kind was not big on social touch or being around a lot of people and being in a town with such hateful people it made him wary. His eyes looked down and he saw a woman. He tilted his head curiously as he heard the word 'sir'. Was she from here? No one else had even paid him that much attention or would try to in this town. So why was she? He caught her scent as she moved to pull away. His eyes widened slightly. Now he understood. He watched her, feeling her finger tips on his skin as she made sure to pull away so slowly. She was a tease. That he could tell. *Where do you think you're going?* He gave a soft growl. So low only she'd have been able to hear it. Then he turned and followed her. "So.... Bump into a lot of people today," he asked teasing her. "If you need help seeing what's around you... I can help with that." He wasn't exactly sure what he was doing. He only had one purpose in this town and it had been a dud. It should be leaving, but there he was following this random chick. Well at least he knew what she was even if the town didn't. In the distance, he could hear the muttering starting again because he was talking to her. Gods be damned! What was this fucking town's problem. RE: A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Achera - 12-18-2017 Oh how she loved these kinds of games. Slowly the male had put it together what she was, though now she got him to follow. Off in the distance she could hear the damn townsfolk starting up another ruckus due to their brief interaction, which only made her more giddy with glee. How easy to make them all do as she wished and watch as chaos unfolded on itself. How what fun with just a small moment and yet it caused enough to make them all riled up. She glanced back to the stranger who now was interested in following her, another thing that got the townspeople to talk. "I do well enough to see by myself, thank you very much. Even if I needed help, I wouldn't look for it from anyone of your kind." she responded, almost amused with herself. She gave a typical display of what people did around here, but oh the irony. His kind was her own. Why else would she seek him out? She gave a small smirk, only that which he would have seen had he been paying attention. *Wait a few minutes and follow my scent.* It wasn't much of a suggestion. If he wanted to come play with her, he needed to lose the townsfolk who were talking about them even speaking. So a few minutes should have given her time to walk away, but still leave a trail for him to follow. Lyanna turned back towards where she was walking, going down a few streets until she got to a quieter part of town. She ducked behind some buildings, out of site, and thus, no one would see. She waited there, wondering if the male would follow or not. He was a kitsune after all. Surely he'd follow, right? RE: A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Andromeda - 12-19-2017 He watched her walked off. What the hell? Was she actually? He thought she was just looking the part but apparently she was acting the part too. She really wanted to pretend she was one of these people. That was strange to him. Very strange. He smiled and shrugged it off as he sat there shaking his head as if to brush off the encounter, while he was trying to not laugh at her. She was amusing. That much was true. After what felt like ten minutes, only in reality was five, went in a direction parallel to hers. He was using her scent to follow her. It was very sweet to him. It called to him among the humans that defiled the air with their hatred and fear of his kind. He followed the trail curious where it would lead him. It led him down a few streets, a turn and then to a spot that lead behind a building. He tilted his head and inhaled before entering. "Hello?" He called out softly as he went behind the building. For all he knew she could be setting him up to die.... He hoped that wasn't the case. He kind of thought she was very pleasing to look at. RE: A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Achera - 12-20-2017 Lys watched from the comfort of her room on the second floor, peering down at the man who seemed to be ever so confused as to what was happening. She purred to herself seeing as he had followed after her with little to no reason to. She was one of his kind, but that was all he had. She could have set him up for the townsfolk to murder him. He heard how she spoke to him and yet here here was, calling out for the vixen. It was too amusing to watch. "Up here," she replied as she leaned on the palm of her left hand while her elbow resting on the windowsill; her right arm resting on it as well with her palm lightly held wrapped by her other elbow. "The door's open below. Come on up, big boy." A smirk fell on the kitsune's face as she faded away from the windowsill and back into her room. Would he have noticed that they traveled in a loop? Back to where he would have sensed her? Illusions were up so the people in the city wouldn't notice him coming into her home, or the fact that she had returned after leaving not too long before. He had placed trust in her not to lead him to a slaughter, but she was placing trust in him not to murder her in return. Oh no, the kitsune was looking for something a little more entertaining. Question was, would he provide? RE: A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Andromeda - 12-20-2017 After a pause he went up to her room, taking the door. He could sense the magic. He hesitate outside though. He was hoping this wasn't a trap. He really wanted it to not be. After a moment he knocked and opened the door. His breathing normal, but his heart... Now that was racing. He could feel it pumping as he walked into her room. Who was she? And why this life style? He was hoping she wasn't turning him in since he was being invited in so deeply into her chambers. "Hello my little vixen" he said looking at her. "Anything you wanted to tell me?" He purred as he shut the door looking at her. She was very nice to look at. He had misjudged that at first. "I am happy to see someone else here has sense at least and isn't a fool." The man walked closer, his neck hair standing on end... Gods she smelled good. RE: A Swish of a Tail and the Taste of Lips - Achera - 12-22-2017 The girl watched in amusement as her new play-toy made his way into her home. Was she foolish for bringing a stranger there? Probably, but the vixen wanted something from her new fixation. Besides, it wasn't often she came across one of her own kind while she was here. What was the worse that could happen? As the male approached, the illusions she used to let him enter without detection from the mundane fell, leaving them to the comfort of her own place. Outside the humans still muttered about the elf who appeared, but non had remembered where he had went or had seen him recently. How stupid they all were. So easy to manipulate. Lyanna purred as she sat on her bed with her hands resting behind her; supporting her weight as she leaned back a bit. Her legs were crossed, feet bare of any shoes as she had left them at the front door. Her ombre-like hair curled around her, framing her body as each long strand fell on either side of her body. Lys gave a small smirk, her eyes filled with delight. "Hello my tom," she replied with a purr, letting her legs uncross so her feet fell flat on the floor. "It's not often we get any of our kind in these parts. What brings you to a place where we're obviously not wanted?" Her eyes watched his every movement. She could feel the hairs on the back of her neck stand on end in anticipation. My was he tall.. and that scent. Gods, it had been forever since she had been around another kitsune. The scent of another fox, a male no less, with power radiating off of him. It took all her power to restrain herself from mewling at him like a little kit, wanting something much more than a simple conversation. No, she'd play her game. She just needed patience and the tom would be hers. |
