Inanna shrugged. "What can I say? I like the challenge of it." She downed most of her glass to wash the burning away. "Now, what should we do next? The night is still young, after all, and class is not that early tomorrow."

She huffed at him looking slightly annoyed. "I suppose but then again I guess you don't want to tell me when my family is well known," she responded. She did look pouty though but it did remind her he wasn't really in her circle so to speak. She found herself looking down at the floor then. She'd have to end their fun soon for the sake of all the heirs. For now though, she would have fun.

"I figured we could get that cake I promised you and preferably not go back to my room cause of roommate and all," he said. "I prefer not to deal with him too much if I could help it. Unless you have other ideas."

Gil chuckled. "I'll tell you about my family someday, I promise. But I'm not supposed to talk about them yet." He put his finger to his lips teasingly, then slid a plate of eggs and bacon in front of her. "You might be pleasantly surprised."

Inanna nodded. "Alright, we can do that. My room is free, though. And closer to class anyways." She put the cash on the table to pay for her meal, then smiled at him.

She looked at him confused. Why wouldn't his family want to talk about them? She wasn't really sure. "Okay" she said sounding more confused if anything. "I just hope you will tell me when you feel comfortable enough." She ate her food slowly enjoying his cooking. "How are you liking campus life?"

He paid for his and nodded. He left the store in the direction of the cake store stretching. "You know it must be nice to have no roommate," he said teasing her.

"Honestly, it's kind of a bore. The parties are the only actually interesting things I've seen so far, and those only really interest me because of the people I meet there." His glance made it clear what he was thinking about.

Inanna rolled her eyes. "I need the space so I can have a chance to let my breath be as toxic as it is naturally. It is one of the things I have to hide around humans." She followed him to the cake store, pulling her hood back up as she walked.

She looked at him slightly confused. Roma definitely wasn't a morning person and she was slow at rhe best of time with sutle hints. "I mean the party life is okay but I prefered home life better... I was treated better there than here and after the other day..."
She wasn't entirely keen on staying here at all. It was the fact she was being forced to that she hadn't bailed. "It doesn't feel safe to me anymore..."

"Have you nothing to just enchant it so it is no longer toxic after exit? Like a rune or something," he asked looking at her confused. He entered the shop and smiled at the smell of fresh homemade cakes. "Anything you like in particular?"

"Well, I'll protect you if you need the help." He smiled at her again and cleaned up, taking a few bites of leftover egg as he did so. "You won't need to worry about it if I'm around."

"It would have to be inscribed on my tongue or mouth, which would be unpleasant for obvious reasons." She looked around the shop, eventually stopping in front of a german chocolate cake. "That looks good."

She blushed and looked away from him unable to meet his eyes. "That's a nice thought but we run in different crowds you know," she said softly. "But I wouldn't mind it if it's you..."

Deimos ordered her the german chocolate cake and got himself red velvet before taking a seat with two things of milk for them. "Yeah I can see why that would suck, but it's a thought."

Gil smiled softly. "I don't care which crowds we run in. If you need my help, I'll help you. It's that simple." He walked over and pulled her into a hug.

She nuzzled into him taking a moment to breath in his scent. "Let's go... before I decide to cuddle you all day," she said making it clear she would. She gave him the address to the building. "At least you can see me work tonight "
