RE: A Modern Adventure - King Fury - 11-09-2020 The dragoness smiled. “We will play some games for now. Later, we can see if the games get more interesting. What do you want to play?” RE: A Modern Adventure - Andromeda - 11-09-2020 He thought for a moment and walked over to his tv and grabbed a wireless controller and tossed it at her. "You're good at Glory but how about some Call of Duty? Let's test your reflexes," he teased her as he turned on the xbox one. RE: A Modern Adventure - King Fury - 11-10-2020 "Bring it on," she said with a grin as she took the controller. ~~ A little while later, she leaned back in her chair. Her hoodie had been abandoned, taken off and tossed aside when the room started to get warmer. She was left only in pants and a tank top that clearly had nothing underneath it. "So, how good are me reflexes then, hm?" RE: A Modern Adventure - Andromeda - 11-10-2020 "Could be better. Are you sure they didn't kick you from your team," he teased her playfully. "I mean I won't tell anyone if they did just gotta verify." He was very easy going even in person until he thought about his 'disease'. At least he tried to have fun and enjoy life. RE: A Modern Adventure - King Fury - 11-10-2020 Inanna crossed her arms and stood up. "They did not." She sounded slightly offended at the insinuation. "And I am insulted by the implication. If you think my reflexes are that bad, then how about we play against each other?" RE: A Modern Adventure - Andromeda - 11-10-2020 Deimos rolled his eyes. "Sit down you silly girl. I got something that'll help you," he said as he reached over in a box and brought out a special controller. It was actually designed for dragons as in it wouldn't crack as easily under hard pressure. "Here. This one is much more durable for a dragon to smash the buttons. My biggest advantage over you is honestly I have bigger and longer fingers. And we both are slowed by being gentle with these white little things." RE: A Modern Adventure - King Fury - 11-10-2020 Inanna chuckled slightly. "Is that so?" She shrugged and picked up the controller, feeling it and testing it by applying more pressure. "Maybe we should do a round with this, then. Make a challenge out of it, perhaps?" ~~ Gil was worried. He hadn't seen Roma in either of their classes that day, and hadn't heard from her all weekend. Normally, he'd just assume she stood him up, but she was the kind of overachiever who wouldn't let anyone outdo her, which meant there was no way she'd missed class willingly. He had talked to one of the cheerleaders, managing to get Roma's dorm location out of her after a bit of a runaround, and was now standing outside her door. Hopefully she was inside, though he couldn't sense her. He knocked. RE: A Modern Adventure - Andromeda - 11-10-2020 "What kind of challenge," he said leaning towards her looking interested. "What could you possibly want to wager with me Inanna?" -x- Roma had been on her bed laying in her own blood when a knock came at the door. She felt her body tense a bit and finally climbed up and moved over to the door. She had put on a necklace that was enchanted to show her human appearance even when she was this weak. She opened the door and smiled a fake smile. The scent of blood coated the room. "Hey," she said softly blinking at him. "It's strange to see you this early..." Her sense of time was off and she looked really tired. RE: A Modern Adventure - King Fury - 11-10-2020 Inanna turned to look at him again, taking in his shirtless muscles. “We go a few rounds. Each time one of us loses, we have to take off some clothing. I have more on, but am using an unfamiliar controller so it is fair.” ~~ Gil stilled for a moment when he smelled the blood. “Are you alright? You missed class.” He slipped into the room, not bothering to ask permission, and looked around. “What happened?” RE: A Modern Adventure - Andromeda - 11-10-2020 "Okay," he said nodding and leaned back into his chair seeming to relax. "Sure why not. Let's have some fun... just remember I don't like losing anymore than you." -x- She walked in behind him and shut the door so they were in private. "The meeting with the other heir went south and I've been healing since but my magic is destructive so I can't heal well," she admitted. "It uses up way too much magic for very little results and hurts like poison running through my veins..." She looked away from him knowing the necklace was hiding the damage from him. Tears formed in her blue eyes and she wiped them away. "Uhm.... just don't freak out okay?" Her voice was shaky as she undid the necklace and put it on the dresser. Her hair turned white, a pure white actually and her eyes were silver. But on her face were deep brusies. Her neck looked like she had been choked out, fang marks going way too deep even for a mate bite. Blood stained her now the charm was gone. She looked blood was almost all over her and more brusies hidden by clothing. "I'm sorry for worrying you..." |
