The continent of Xira is the smallest, but perhaps the most diverse. The delta that runs through most of this continent render the soil extremely fertile, making the land a very desirable place to live. The forest allows enough cover for the species that are more used to living in such conditions, and thus the continent has become a melting pot for all the species to gather.

Cities

Name: Seliel City
Inhabitants: Any Species Welcome
Location: In the Asan Deltas
Appearance: The megacity is the biggest city in the known world. It is home to all species, enemies and allies alike living in one area. The city itself is split into four districts with the heart holding the capitol building. The city itself is impressive in size with canals and water irrigations in place allowing travel by boat or by foot through the whole city. The irrigations help to keep flooding down to a minimum during the rainy season. The capitol building is surrounded by a massive wall and around it a dome of magical wards to keep people out. It is a place of peace where all the world leaders meet and hold conferences with each other. This massive room is lit by the sunlight outside and leading up to both the room and the building itself is kings of old from each species that made a massive contribution to the world as a whole to honor them.
The city is split into tiers and the closer the individual in any of the districts live to the capitol building the more important and often richer the family is. Each district is split up into different types of culture. This causes each district to favor that of the species that live there. The first district, is near the entrance of the city and is considered the poorest by many, but not necessarily true. Most that live here are humans, a few elves, and dwarves. It is rich in metal work, and hard labor.
The second district, which is to the right of the first, is comprised of mostly elves, kitsune, and shifters of species that normally would be an animal. This section of the city is known for it's magic and elegant appearance. The food is often considered the best in this district as it is always cooked to perfection using magic and some herbs that often are risky if cooked in correctly.
The third district which starts on the right of second, and back northeast corner of the city, away from the entrance is composed of mostly dragons, gryphons, and other creatures of flight. Angels are often found here as well and some demons. Despite their natural hatred of each other, the few that have managed to live here often have been outcast by their own species and with the dragons and gryphons around, it makes it harder for the two to fight without having someone step in and stop them. This district is often the most watch and safest because of the high security that goes into it with such high powered members living here that often have a nasty temper. The final district, southeast and right beside first and third district is open to anyone. It seems to have a little bit of each district here, but to live here, the ruling leader often has taken precautions to make sure everyone has a clean record. These are often the most trusted advisors of the city leader and the visiting rulers often have a guest house here for them to stay in. This is by far the most grandest of all the districts because this is what the visiting politicians see and often used to show how strong the city is.
Culture: The culture is really diverse in this one city. To say there is a set culture is false. The culture is different from house to house, district to district. Even though some species are concentrated in certain districts, they do not have to live there. The city is known for being a city of freedom and a new world order. It prides itself on freedom. The fourth district however, does has less freedom as it is the 'face' of the city itself.
The other districts often are left to their own devices with little interference from the government of the city. Often all religions and celebrations are found here. Even if they are not the socially accepted worldwide, they find freedom here without fear of persecution. Even the often disapproved, scorned, and often distasteful hybrids are found here because here they are accepted.
The city survives mostly on trade by sea, river, and as well by all the foreign countries. This city has become rich off it's control over the world trade and because of this it holds a large sway in the world.

Name: Prerio City
Inhabitants: Any Species Welcome
Location: Above Dorwine Forest and to the east of Blodet River
Appearance: A newly rebuilt city built upon the last city which name was Espere. The city is now above ground level having been risen from the ashes of Espere in an attempt to show a new beginning. The former city was destroyed with what was said to have been a war, but there are rumors of lies that have spread since it's fall over three hundred years ago. The new city it made of white marble and is home to a lot of the wealthy tycoons that manage the trade and business in Seliel.
The new city is run by a single man that is appointed by the people, but he is controlled by shadows. The shadows have a name that is dared uttered among those that call this city home, the Vrah Sakal.
The city is regularly cleaned and food imported from all over the world. Only the finest things are for this city. Crimes is never heard of, because it is taken care of silently and the peaceful utopia is kept together for the sake of the wealthiests' happiness. Underneath the cities, the city of Espere still lives. The runes believed to be haunted are now home to the Vrah Sakal who have have this city their main base. The runes hold their base, their meetings, and all their main leaders do have a room here. However, they're never all there at the same time to keep the group alive. The underground city is almost a perfect match to the one above it. There are secret entrances to the underground all over the city allowing the assassins to control the day to day activities and to take action if it is required to keep their hold over the city.
Culture: The culture of this town is strictly high society. Only the finest clothes and items are found in this town and rarely are rules broken. The law here is strictly followed for fear of the rumors of the people that live in the shadows. This town is really one of the safest in the known world. It also has some of the most lavish parties and celebrations because of the economic boom in that thrives in this area. They often tend to have large decorations in the town center including statues of the finest materials money could buy. Some of the statues are of the most wealthy and powerful people in the world that have lived in this very town. Warded by mages that were paid, the city only has that and the shadows for it's defence. The wards were the best money could buy, but being rich has made them softer as something to hardship having never known it and shunning those that are not as rich.

Name: Malseka City
Inhabitants: Any Species Welcome
Location: West of Bera Forest and just a tad bit South
Appearance: A city away from Prerio, but it does hold a different type of wealth. While money wise, Prerio obviously has more, Malseka obviously has more wealth in variety of items between the two. While still no where near as large as Seliel in the variety, it does hold it's own. It is not split into districts, but instead everyone lives together here and seems to have learned from Seliel that people can intermingle as long as they have incentive. They do not force things, but actually keep the police through a military stay here.
The city itself has no set theme and from one house to another there are all kinds of different cultures here. They often show houses that normally would have been divided working to try to come up with a way to combined the two beliefs often making sub religions in this town.

Locations

Name: Asan Deltas
Location: The South East tip of Xira
Appearance: The Asan Deltas are a system of marshes and fertile farmland. Once a year the deltas flood, depositing nutrient rich sediment into the farmlands. Many creatures make their homes here, and the environment is rich and lush. There's a rich fishing industry along the delta, and there's a local saying advising one to "follow the birds."

Name: Jiasna's Shrine
Location: The northern edge of the Asan Deltas
Appearance: Jiasna’s Shrine is one of an oddity. It has a river running through the middle of it, providing a disruption of the solid mass of a building while also providing food for the worshipers that stay there year round. The shrine itself is massive, with a bridge in the middle to allow people to cross over the river.

It has been known to hold many people and travelers that are seeking shelter. The people that live here are used to dealing with natural weather disasters, like the river flooding or even sharks sneaking into the temple, as their goddess believes chaos and order go together.

Name: Dorwine Forest
Location: East of Blodet River beside Bera Forest
Appearance: Unlike its sister forest, Dorwine is bright and lively. Sunlight streams through the trees and the forest is a lush spring green. The trees and plants always seem to be new and in bloom, and the local fauna parade about without a care.

Name: Tharamos' Shrine
Location: Within the Bera Forest
Appearance: Tharmos’ Shrine is known for being very mischievous. It is always changing, and never has a constant state aside from its location and size. Almost like a living thing itself, the shrine has been know to go through constant changes, and many believe this is due to its patron’s domain.

The looks have changed from color, the location of the altar room within the shrine, to even how to get inside the shrine itself. This is a constant annoyance to those who tend to the shrine, and many are left to wonder if the deity is just trying to be alone sometimes.

Name: Bera Forest
Location: West of Blodet River beside Bera Forest
Appearance: Bera Forest has a mystical aura. Perhaps because it's home to Tharamos' Shrine--supposedly. The trees here seem to whisper, and even in the height of the day the forest is always rather on the dark side. While perhaps an unusually quiet forest, the birds still sing... in voices that sound vaguely human...

Name: Cutpurse Plains
Location: Between Malseka City and Bera Forest
Appearance: This expanse of grassland was once known by another name, but when local bandits began targeting travelers, the nickname Cutpurse Plains was born. These plains are covered in tall grasses, and it's advised to travel in large groups--or better yet, with armed guards.
