Prasinos is home to the lion prides and gryphons of Antarsia. They live in relative peace within this continent, keeping mostly separate from each other, for the continent is large enough to support far greater numbers than the prides present currently.

Dens

Name: Falonde Dens
Inhabitants: Members of the Falonde Pride
Location: The northeastern portion of Prasinos, close to the Naibi River system.
Appearance: A large hill with a massive series of dens. Each den is large enough for a few lions, and a large outcropping serves as the main meeting area. Several of the caves hold stored food for winter, and others still are used for cubs and healing. More important members of the pride can select their own dens, while less important members tend to use communal areas. The hill itself is large enough to give a good view of the surrounding area, stretching as far as the river and the hunting grounds.
Culture: The culture of the Falonde lions is high for animals. They are a proud group, since they see themselves as the original lion pride, created by Karnos. This pride is big on community, all lions play a part in the development of cubs from teaching them to hunt, to climb, to be stealthy or with magical abilities. They also cherish the history of the pride and each cub will be educated on how the Falonde pride came to be and on the fall of their cousins, the Agrothron pride.
In the 5th month, Jakroth, the lionesses hunt more than in any other month of the year gathering enough food for the pride to make it through the harsh winter months when prey will be scarce.
In the 10th month, Akros, the lions of Falonde celebrate the transition from winter to summer in a festival dedicated to Karnos. During the 5th week of month, they have a grand hunt lead by the king and queen of the pride. All members of the pride, save for cubs and the mothers watching over the cubs take part in the hunt. The prey that is brought down during the hunt is then presented at a grand feast.

Name: Agrothron Dens
Inhabitants: Members of the Agrothron Pride
Location: The far western portion of Prasinos, near the ocean.
Appearance: A large hill with a massive network of tunnels and caves. Lions spend the days outside on the smooth rocks, and nights inside the twisting passages. Glowing moss and claw marks guide the denizens through the tunnels, through a system only they understand. There is an underground spring deep in the dens, providing cool water during the droughts. Several of the chambers hold stored food for winter, and others still are used for cubs and healing. More important members of the pride can select their own chambers, while less important members tend to use communal areas.
Culture: Left for King's player to do

Name: Rethaef Islands
Inhabitants: Gryphons
Location: The northern coast of Prasinos, just off Rotha Hills
Appearance: This island chain is home to towering cliffs and aeries. The Rethaef Islands makes a great place for nesting gryphons to raise their young in safety. Nesting materials abound, and within the inner systems of the aeries are areas for young gryphons to play and hone their skills.
Culture: Primarily populated by young gryphon families, the general atmosphere of the islands is lax. There is a strong sense of community among the gryphons here, and each adult looks out for the young of others. It's not uncommon for tensions to rise when a grieving mother attempts to take another's child as her own, and the offender is flown back to the mainland.

Name: Rotha Hills
Inhabitants: Gryphons, Royal Gryphons
Location: Center of Prasinos, near the ocean.
Appearance: A large cluster of hills. Vegetation is sparse in the hills, but plentiful in the valleys, drawing in prey creatures. Several large caves and ruins are used as a meeting place for the Royal Gryphons, but otherwise the area is mostly left free. Caves dot the upper hills, usable as resting areas for whatever gryphons happen to be in the area. The main valley has a small river running through the base.
Culture: Left for King Player to do

Locations

Name: Falonde Hunting Grounds
Inhabitants: Prey animals of the Falonde Pride
Location: The Eastern part of the Prasinos plains area.
Appearance: A large plain for roaming animals. Multiple watering holes dot the area, drawing in the prey animals. Vast herds graze across the areas, protected from most hunters by the lions of the pride. Hills and trees break up the monotony, but the area is mostly tall grass.

Name: Karnos' Shrine
Location: The eastern edge of the Falonde territory
Appearance: Nestled on a stretch of plains between a small river and the main body of the Niabi River System, Karnos' Shrine is built of towering rock spikes, leaving the shrine open to the sky and plains around it. Grass and other plants have grown into and around the stone, giving the shrine a very natural appearance, as though it has always been there. The wind seems to carry the voice of the god as it rustles through the grass, and no other sounds can be heard here--not even birds. The alter of the shrine is simply a slab of white stone amidst a sea of grasses, and overlooks the plains of the god's pride.

Name: Agrothron Hunting Grounds
Inhabitants: Prey animals of the Agrothron Pride
Location: The northwestern part of Prasinos.
Appearance: A large plain for roaming animals. Multiple watering holes dot the area, drawing in the prey animals. Vast herds graze across the areas, protected from most hunters by the lions of the pride. Hills and trees break up the monotony, but the area is mostly tall grass.

Name: Norak's Shrine
Location: Amidst the trees on the eastern border of the Agrothron territory
Appearance: The shrine is eerily quiet and still, with hardly a sound to be heard. Mist rolls in from the nearby lake and never seems to dispel, as the very air around the shrine is cold. The trees darken the area around the shrine, even when the sun is at its highest.

The shrine itself is a skeleton of a lion, larger than any seen before, laying with its head up, vacant eyes staring down between its paws. The skeleton is surrounded by bones--remnants of those who have come before, serving as a graveyard of the Agrothron Pride. Between the skeleton's paws is an alter made of a slab of black stone.

Name: Azar Lake
Location: The Southwestern part of Prasinos.
Appearance: A deep, cold lake surrounded by trees, the Azar Lake is famous for the crystal clear waters. A deep spring from this lake feeds the Agrothron Den, and the surrounding area is one of the most fertile lands in the continent. The trees around the lake are often filled with fog, and Fogmen lurk in the shadows. As if by magic, the fog stops at the water's edge, meaning any who gets through could see the beauty of the lake.

Name: Niabi River System
Location: The eastern part of Prasinos.
Appearance: A wild, forking series of rivers that cover the eastern section of the continent. Fertile trees and grasses grow near the water, leaving the area lush and jungle-like. The rivers themselves draw in large bounties of fish, and harpies frequent the area in search of nests. Oddly, the rivers all seem to flow out to sea, with no clear source ever being identified.
